Profile Dewi Lestari | Celebrity profile - Dewi Lestari Simangungsong or familiarly called by the name of Dee (born in Bandung, West Java, January 20, 1976). Dee is a writer and singer from Indonesia. Dee was first known to the public as a member of the vocal trio "Regine Velasquez". Dee is an alumnus of SMA Negeri 2 Bandung and Parahyangan University graduate, majoring in International Relations. Since publishing the novel Supernova popular in 2001, Dee became known widely as a novelist.

Dee was born the fourth of five children of the couple and also Tiurlan Yohan Simangungsong br Siagian (died). Trio RSD launch a debut album entitled "Among Us" in 1995 which was followed by the album Threes (1997). RSD then fly under the banner of Sony Music Indonesia with the release of an album "One" (1999) with numbers mainstay among others, "To you" and "No Need to Have". Towards the end of 2002, RSD package the best songs on the album The Best of Regine Velasquez with two additional new songs, namely "When You're Away" creation Stephan Santoso / Inno Daon and "Late Meeting", by frontman Kahitna, Lil Widianto , In 2006, Dee has launched English-language album titled Out Of Shell, and in 2008 melucurkan back Rectoverso album, the album Arina Mocca invite a duet on the song Aku Ada and a duet on the song "Hold" with Aqi Alexa. The big hits "Angel Also Know". In this album Dee also re-released the songs of Marcell Siahan titled "hunch".
Personal life
Dee was married to a singer of R & B, Marcell on September 12, 2003. Through this marriage, the couple was blessed with a boy named Keenan Avalokita Kirana (born August 5, 2004). This marriage ended after Dee divorce Marcell in Bale Bandung District Court on June 27, 2008. Dee later married an expert on holistic healing, Reza Gunawan, on November 11, 2008 in Sydney.
